WebDemand+ is extra hours, yes. Allowing you to schedule over demand. You get a certain number of covid testing hours in it (that have to be coded as CT). These CT coded shifts don't count towards your scheduled demand. So for scheduling, you can schedule hours up to Demand plus Demand+ minus Covid Testing hours. It's needlessly confusing. Gotcha!
